After 38 years with Swagelok, 23 as President of Swagelok Idaho | Montana | Salt Lake | Rock Springs, Mark Turner will be retiring at the end of the year. Mark's steady leadership, and commitment to doing what's right for both customers and associates has been exemplary, and we are proud to carry that torch forward in honor of his legacy. We are pleased to announce that Jon Kruse, current Director of Sales and Service at Swagelok Idaho | Montana | Salt Lake | Rock Springs, will be taking over as president starting January 1, 2022.

Jon first joined Swagelok Salt Lake Valve & Fitting in 1992 as an account manager serving customers in the semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, power and oil and gas industries among other general industrial markets. Jon has held numerous leadership positions since joining Swagelok including Sales Manager and Design & Assembly Service Manager. As Swagelok continued to expand its service offerings Jon was named the Director of Sales and Service in 2016 overseeing all customer account management activities, Onsite Services, and Field Engineering.

As with any change in leadership there are often questions that arise, and we would like to address those questions here. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

Q:  "Will there be any disruptions to product delivery or changes to the type of service that I receive?"

A:  There will not be disruptions to product delivery or major changes to how we serve customers as a result of this transition.

Q: "Will I have to make a change in our system to pay our invoices?"
A:  Yes. Customers will need to remit payment to XXXXX for all invoices starting on January 1, 2022.
